Steptember is an exciting new health and wellness initiative designed to improve your fitness and have a positive impact on the lives of people with cerebral palsy.

In teams of four, participants track their daily step count by wearing a pedometer, and record their results on the interactive Steptember website.

Steptember is not just about walking your way to better health – participants can run, cycle, swim or even play lawn bowls to reach their daily step target. There are more than 40 activities you can convert to steps including activities suitable for people with a disability.

Each participant is challenged to walk 10,000 steps a day and as a team virtually climb the highest peak on each continent.

Steptember is an easy and a fun way to get fit whilst raising funds for Cerebral Palsy Alliance.
