Australian Immunisation Handbook

The Australian Immunisation Handbook provides clinical advice for health professionals on the safest and most effective use of vaccines in their practice.

Australian Immunisation Register

The Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) is a national register that records vaccines given to all people in Australia.

The AIR includes vaccines given:

  • under the National Immunisation Program
  • through school programs
  • privately, such as for flu or travel.

MumBubVax

The MumBubVax team has developed a website, resources and training materials to provide expectant parents and healthcare providers with the best available information about vaccines in pregnancy.

MumBubVax contains information about the safety, effectiveness and importance of maternal vaccines, and the vaccines recommended for babies and children.

We developed the materials in partnership with pregnant women, midwives and GPs because we wanted to be sure we were providing them with information that they really want and need.
